False allegations by BYC against Mir Ziaullah Langau

Former Interior Minister and Central Vice President of the Balochistan Awami Party, Mir Ziaullah Lango, has strongly responded to recent allegations made by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC). BYC claimed that individuals listed in the Fourth Schedule were being forcibly presented before Ziaullah Langove

Amid a tense political climate in Quetta, Ziaullah Langove has condemned the allegations as “false and baseless.” According to his spokesperson, no individual listed in the Fourth Schedule has contacted Langove, rendering BYC’s claims unfounded and misleading.

Ziaullah Langove has revealed that consultations with legal experts are underway, with plans to file an official case against BYC. In his statement, he accused BYC of relying on lies to mislead the Baloch people for the satisfaction of foreign agendas. He further highlighted that BYC’s attempts to defame parliamentary politicians undermine efforts toward public service and constitutional politics.

The allegations from BYC claimed that individuals listed in the Fourth Schedule were being forcibly presented before Ziaullah Langove. However, Ziaullah Langove currently holds no official government position, making such accusations appear to be politically motivated. It is on record that Ziaullah Langove has no authority over decisions related to the Fourth Schedule or involvement with law enforcement agencies.

These accusations, according to Ziaullah Langove, are part of a deliberate conspiracy aimed at alienating the Baloch people from the state. The claim that individuals listed in the Fourth Schedule are being forcibly presented by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) before political figures reflects a misunderstanding of legal protocols.

BYC’s baseless allegations and misrepresentation of sensitive legal matters appear to be part of their specific agenda to defame security institutions and mislead the public.
