Rs. 6.62 billion Turbat development project reviewed by commissioner Makran Qadir

Commissioner Makran Qadir Bakhsh Parkani chaired an important meeting regarding the Turbat City Development Project (TCDP) Phase Two developmental schemes at the Commissioner’s Office in Turbat, emphasizing the timely completion of projects.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Kech Bashir Ahmed Barich, Director Development P&D Khalid Hussain, Deputy Project Director (TCDP) Bahram Gichki, Project Engineers Qasim Gichki and Yaser Tahseen Gorgij, representatives of the construction consultant group, and other relevant officials.

Deputy Project Director Bahram Gichki provided a detailed briefing to Commissioner Makran Qadir and Project Director of Turbat City Development Project Commissioner Qadir Bakhsh Parkani on the progress of ongoing projects and schemes.

Commissioner Makran Qadir directed that projects must be completed within the stipulated timeframe at all costs, and no compromise on quality will be tolerated. He further stated that if any officer or official faces any difficulty during work, they should directly approach him.

The Commissioner emphasized that successful completion of developmental projects in our areas is our primary responsibility so that their benefits can reach the people in true sense.

It should be noted that the mega project “Turbat City Development Project Phase Two” initiated by the provincial government is ongoing with a substantial cost of 6 billion 62 crore rupees, which includes important components of public facilities such as health, education, infrastructure, road construction, sewerage system, and drinking water projects.

It is hoped that after completion of this mega project, most problems of Turbat city will be resolved and better facilities will be made available to the general public.
