In a fresh push for a greener and healthier environment, the Balochistan government has launched a widespread tree plantation campaign across the province, with Kalat district stepping up enthusiastically.

On the special instructions of Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, the Forest Department has rolled out an ambitious plan to plant millions of trees to help fight climate change and restore the region’s natural beauty.

As part of this initiative, a special event titled “One Daughter, One Tree” was held at the Government Girls Degree College in Kalat. The campaign not only promotes environmental awareness but also highlights the vital role daughters play in nurturing both families and the environment.
