Russia, China, Pakistan, and Iran have urged the Taliban to dismantle terror groups in Afghanistan, including TTP, BLA, ISIL, and Al-Qaeda. In a joint statement at the UNGA, the ministers called for inclusive governance, counter-terrorism measures, and stronger regional cooperation.
