Senior police officer Muhammad Tahir has been appointed as the Inspector General (IG) of Police for Balochistan.
According to a notification issued from Quetta, the Establishment Division has officially announced the posting of Muhammad Tahir as the new IG Balochistan.
Muhammad Tahir, a Grade-21 officer, was previously serving in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. His vast experience in law enforcement is expected to contribute significantly to the policing and security situation in Balochistan.
