The Government of Balochistan has officially announced two fully funded graduate scholarships under the Benazir Bhutto Graduate Scholarship Programme for the 2026 academic session at the University of Oxford.
These scholarships are exclusively available to students from Balochistan, offering them an incredible opportunity to pursue higher education at one of the world’s most prestigious institutions.
To be eligible, applicants must have a Balochistan domicile and secure unconditional admission to a master’s program at the University of Oxford. Once admitted, students can apply for the scholarship through the Oxford Pakistan Programme portal.
The scholarship package includes full coverage of tuition fees, living expenses for the entire duration of the program, and support from the Oxford alumni network throughout the admission process. This initiative is focused on supporting students pursuing degrees in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
The scholarships come as part of a broader collaboration between the University of Oxford and the Balochistan government, which aims to provide STEM scholarships to deserving students from the province. This partnership was first established in June 2024, further strengthening educational opportunities for Balochistan’s youth.
