Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with Pakistan’s Army Chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir, to discuss regional security, counterterrorism efforts, and areas of mutual interest.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), both leaders reaffirmed their dedication to further strengthening the strategic partnership and deepening coordination on regional and international platforms.

During the meeting, the Chinese Foreign Minister reiterated China’s unwavering support for Pakistan’s sovereignty and development, while Field Marshal Asim Munir thanked China for its continued and consistent support.
ISPR further stated that both sides expressed their mutual commitment to advancing peace, stability, and prosperity throughout the region.
