The first session centred on ECE and the innovative approach to early childhood teaching strategies. Teachers were equipped with various concepts and methods that built on hands-on instruction to encourage active learning. These training sessions utilize multidimensional strategies for professional growth and development.
As one local press release reported, this move is another step in the endeavour of RDMC to improve the scope of education in the region. The program seeks to improve the quality of education in the PAN schools that cater to the population in Chaghi, Noshki, and nearby districts by providing the teachers with the right teaching aids.
The program’s structured curriculum is expected to transform classroom dynamics and promote an enriched learning environment for students. Participants will have the chance to deepen their understanding of child development and practical teaching strategies that meet local needs. Following the training, a chosen group of 10 teachers will travel to the Aga Khan University in Karachi for advanced training. They will become master trainers there. These educators will then be essential in sharing their knowledge with other teachers in their districts. It fosters a sustainable model of professional development.
