Pakistan security forces conducted a series of intelligence-based operations in Mastung, Turbat, Pishin, and Ziarat Karas, Balochistan, during September 2026. The operations resulted in the elimination of 22 terrorists, including senior commanders, and the destruction of an IED manufacturing facility under Operation Rad-ul-Fitna III.
