At least four people, including two children, lost their lives, and 27 others were injured when a passenger bus overturned in the Bakhairabad area of Nasirabad on Thursday.

The incident occurred near Dosa Cross on the Quetta-Sukkur National Highway as the bus was traveling from Sadiqabad to Quetta. Authorities reported that excessive speeding caused the driver to lose control, leading the bus to collide with a highway bridge before overturning.

Emergency services transported the victims to the district hospital in Sibi. Reports indicated that at least six of the injured remain in critical condition.
