Balochistan: Bomb blast on Nasirabad highway injures 3 police officers

A police mobile was targeted by a bomb blast on the highway in Balochistan’s Nasirabad district, leaving three officers injured.

According to media reports, SSP Highway Khadim Hussain stated that the officers’ vehicle was targeted while they were on a routine patrol.

Khadim Hussain further explained that the explosion was carried out using a remote-controlled device, which damaged the vehicle and injured the officers. The injured officers were immediately shifted to a local hospital in Dera Murad Jamali.

The SSP added that police have launched an investigation into the explosion and began a search for the terrorists involved in the incident.

It is worth noting that last week, security forces killed two terrorists in Balochistan’s Duki district. In May, unidentified motorcyclists threw a grenade into a house in Nasirabad, injuring four people.
