Saudi envoy commends Mandokhail for initiating Quetta-Umrah flights.

Governor of Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhail met with the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan in the federal capital on Wednesday. The meeting centered on the deep-rooted brotherly ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, with discussions encompassing regional political and economic matters and mutual interests.

Governor Mandokhail highlighted the longstanding friendship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, emphasizing how their cordial relations contribute to peace and stability across the region. He also lauded Saudi Arabia’s consistent support for Pakistan, a testament to the historic bond shared by the two nations.

Mandokhail underlined the inauguration of direct Umrah flights from Quetta International Airport. He noted that the initiative has significantly eased travel for the people of Balochistan, offering convenient access to Saudi Arabia and fulfilling their spiritual aspirations.

The Saudi ambassador praised Governor Mandokhail’s efforts in facilitating the launch of these direct flights and acknowledged the benefit it brings to the people of Balochistan. He also extended a personal invitation to the governor to visit Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the Kingdom’s National Day.;
