Terrorists linked to Fitna al-Hindustan have carried out coordinated attacks in Quetta, Kalat, Mastung, and Loralai, the Balochistan government confirmed on Thursday.
Provincial government spokesperson Shahid Rind stated that security forces responded swiftly and decisively to the attacks and are maintaining heightened alert levels to ensure the safety of citizens, their property, and national infrastructure.
In a separate development, Rind revealed that a group of passengers had been abducted near Loralai. A search and rescue operation has been launched to secure their safe recovery.
The spokesperson also pointed to the increasing activity of India-backed terrorist groups in the Balochistan, particularly in the aftermath of India’s strategic setback in its recent confrontation with Pakistan. Earlier in the day, Pakistan’s military leadership reaffirmed its resolve to take comprehensive and decisive action against all Indian-backed proxy groups operating within its borders.
