Two tribal elders were killed by unidentified gunmen riding motorcycles in Kalat district on Friday, according to police reports.
The victims, identified as Mir Sajad Ahmed Jattak of the Jattak tribe and Mir Mazar Khan Nachari of the Nachari tribe, were residents of Kalat. The incident occurred near the Sheikh Haji area as the elders were on their way home.

Gunmen reportedly opened fire on the victims, inflicting multiple bullet wounds, and fled the scene. The elders were pronounced dead at the location of the attack.
Authorities transported their bodies to the Kalat district hospital for further procedures. Police have launched an investigation, but the motive behind the attack remains unknown, and no arrests have been made at this time.
