A journalist on Al Jazeera has revealed that Israel is using Baloch militants for its own purposes, and efforts to utilize them for Israeli and Indian agendas have been exposed.
It has been revealed that militants are being used through the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) against Iran and Pakistan.
According to the website of a Washington-based think tank, the Balochistan Studies Project — recently announced — is part of the Israeli agenda and has been launched through MEMRI.
According to Al Jazeera’s report, the Israel-aligned think tank, MEMRI, has launched a new project under the name “Balochistan Studies Project.” MEMRI’s founder, Colonel Yigal Carmon, is a former member of Israeli military intelligence.

Al Jazeera states that the goal of this project is to increase Israeli influence in Iran and Pakistan through Baloch militants. Al Jazeera further reports that MEMRI has been involved in “unofficial” Israeli intelligence operations since at least 2012.
The Arab media report also raises questions about the authenticity of the separatist group’s fake spokesperson, “Mir Yaar Baloch.” Terrorist organizations themselves have declared this account to be fake and fabricated. Only Indian accounts follow this fake account, and its posts are primarily retweeted by Indian accounts.
The report further explains that Mir Yaar Baloch’s activities are largely dependent on Indian media, and his entire messaging targets Indian audiences. His pro-Israel and pro-India statements suggest that he may be part of a larger media or intelligence operation.
According to Al Jazeera, the Balochistan Studies Project is not merely a research initiative — it represents the growing strategic partnership between Israel and India.
The posts by the fake Mir Yaar Baloch are being used by Indian and Israeli media for their own objectives. The project seeks to link Baloch separatists with the Zionist agenda through fabricated intellectuals.
The report concludes that the BSP (Balochistan Studies Project) is part of a coordinated media and influence campaign targeting a region already plagued by external interference and instability.
