The repatriation of Pakistanis from Iran continued for the fourth consecutive day, with over 300 individuals arriving at the Pak-Iran border crossing in Taftan via nine buses, as confirmed by immigration officials. The returning group includes students, traders, athletes, laborers, pilgrims, and tourists.
Upon arrival, the district administration has ensured that all returnees are accommodated at Pakistan House, where they are provided with lodging, meals, and medical care. Efforts remain underway to facilitate the return of more Pakistanis stranded in various Iranian cities.
Aliza Fatima, an M.B.B.S student at Zahedan, speaking exclusively with Balochistan Pulse, shared her experience. She recounted being in the dormitories when Israel launched an attack on Iran. She praised the Pakistani authorities at Taftan for their hospitality, noting that they provided excellent treatment and all necessary facilities during the ordeal.
Additionally, the administration is arranging onward transportation for returnees to reach their respective hometowns.
However, immigration services for Pakistanis traveling to Iran have remained suspended for the fourth consecutive day.

Since the start of the repatriation, over 1,300 Pakistanis have returned through the Taftan border crossing. On the previous day alone, the border facilitated the return of more than 500 pilgrims and 260 students, who were transported from Taftan to Quetta.
Repatriation efforts are also ongoing at the Remdan-Gabd border near Gwadar. Immigration officials report that over 200 students and pilgrims have crossed into Pakistan via this route.
The Gwadar district administration, under the leadership of Assistant Commissioner Jawad Zehri, is providing comprehensive support at the border, including shelter, food, medical care, and transportation. Upon crossing into Pakistan, returnees are transferred to Gwadar, where further arrangements are made for their journeys home.
Since June 12, more than 5,000 Pakistanis, including 529 students, have returned via the Remdan-Gabd border crossing. Authorities continue working to ensure the safe repatriation of additional Pakistanis stranded in Iran.
