International condemnation of the Balochistan terrorist attacks has poured in as the United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Jordan strongly denounced the violence and expressed solidarity with Pakistan.
The United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Jordan have issued strong condemnations of the recent terrorist attacks in Balochistan, expressing solidarity with Pakistan and reaffirming support for its peace and counter-terrorism efforts.
In a statement released on Sunday, US Chargé d’Affaires Natalie Baker denounced the coordinated assaults that targeted both civilians and security personnel. The attacks were claimed by the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), which the United States has designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. Baker extended condolences to the victims and their families, stating that the Pakistani people deserve to live free from violence and fear. She reaffirmed that the United States remains a steadfast partner of Pakistan in its efforts to ensure peace and stability.
The British High Commission also condemned the violence, saying the United Kingdom stands with Pakistan in rejecting terrorism and supporting long-term peace and security. British officials expressed sympathy for the victims and emphasized continued cooperation with Pakistan in addressing security challenges.
Messages of solidarity and condemnation also came from the Middle East and beyond. Saudi Arabia strongly denounced the attacks and reaffirmed its support for Pakistan’s government and people. Türkiye expressed sorrow over the loss of life and reiterated its commitment to supporting Pakistan’s fight against terrorism. The United Arab Emirates condemned the attacks in the strongest terms and rejected all forms of extremism and violence. Qatar extended condolences to the victims’ families and wished a speedy recovery to those injured, while Jordan voiced full solidarity with Pakistan and rejected terrorism in all its forms.
Officials said the attacks took place across multiple districts, including Quetta, Mastung, Nushki, Dalbandin, Kharan, Panjgur, Tump, Gwadar, and Pasni. At least 18 civilians and 15 members of the security forces were reported killed in the coordinated incidents.
In response, Pakistani security forces launched extensive clearance and intelligence-based operations. According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), 92 militants, including three suicide bombers, were killed in operations conducted over the past 24 hours. The military said this raised the total number of militants killed in Balochistan over two days to 133, following earlier operations in which dozens more were eliminated. ISPR stated that 30 militants were killed in Harnai district and 11 during an operation in Panjgur.
The series of diplomatic statements underscores broad international backing for Pakistan at a time of heightened security challenges. Countries across regions emphasized that terrorism remains a shared threat and reiterated their support for Pakistan’s efforts to maintain peace, stability, and security.
