Indian soldiers have erupted in protests across the country after their basic needs and benefits were not fulfilled, threatening to expand demonstrations nationwide.
According to Indian media reports, Indian Army personnel have begun a series of protests in various cities of Bihar state due to unmet requirements and lack of benefits. During protests in the Indian city of Patna, Army personnel stated that if their demands are not met, they will spread the protest movement across the entire country.
The Indian soldiers said they have repeatedly submitted requests to the Modi government and Bihar state rulers for their basic needs and benefits, but when no response came from the government, they were forced to take to the streets. The protesters expressed their frustration over the lack of government attention to their legitimate concerns and warned of escalating their demonstrations if their issues remain unaddressed.
