Fact Check: Indian media sharing fabricated footage of Jaffer train incident

The commentary provided on Indian media channels regarding the Jaffer Express attack is not only misleading but also serves as a shameful justification for terrorism.

Those who present the attack on Jaffer Express as a commendable act are, in fact, supporting terrorism while disregarding the suffering of innocent passengers.

The terrorists of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) are committing severe human rights violations by taking innocent passengers, including children and women, hostage on the Jaffer Express.

Even now, dozens of fasting passengers are trapped in dire conditions, suffering from hunger and thirst, including vulnerable children and elderly individuals. This is the same group that dons the cloak of “victimhood” whenever the topic of missing terrorists arises, yet remains silent on the human rights violations inflicted when innocent civilians are targeted. Instead, the attack by terrorists is being portrayed as an “operation,” which is clear evidence of their double standards and hypocrisy.

It is outrageous that this terrorist attack is referred to as anything other than an “attack,” with Indian media platforms providing justifications for such violence. State institutions are fulfilling their responsibilities and continuing robust operations against terrorists, with the safe recovery of all hostages as the top priority.
