Ten workers lost their lives, and six others were injured following a tragic explosion near their vehicle in the Shahrig Coal Mines area of Harnai.
Officials report that the explosion occurred as the miners were traveling to their workplace. Rescue teams transported the injured and the deceased to the Rural Health Center in Shahrig. The Deputy Commissioner confirmed that emergency services are ensuring medical care for all those injured.
The Prime Minister condemned the Harnai attack, declaring that those who harm innocent citizens will face severe consequences. He assured the nation that efforts are underway to eradicate terrorism and ensure safety for all.

The Federal Minister of Interior also expressed his deep regret over the tragic loss of lives, offering his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims. The Minister further assured the public that the government is committed to bringing the perpetrators to justice. He assured that all necessary steps would be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
Balochistan’s Minister for Food, Noor Mohammad Damar, strongly condemned the incident. He extended his condolences to the families of the deceased. He also called for prayers for the quick recovery of the injured, highlighting that all necessary medical facilities are being provided without delay.
