To promote transparency and efficiency, CM Bugti instructed departments to submit detailed reports on fund releases for federal projects. Addressing delays in fund disbursement, he established a special committee led by Mir Zahoor Buledi. This task force includes representatives from the Finance, S&GAD, Communications, and IT departments. Its goal is overhauling financial regulations and eliminating obstacles in fund allocation to streamline project execution.
The health sector emerged as a bright spot, with notable improvements earning commendation. The Chief Minister directed swift progress on a new hospital in Naseerabad, inspired by the renowned Gambat healthcare model, to deliver world-class medical services to the region. However, the Forest Department faced sharp criticism for underperformance, with CM Bugti demanding immediate corrective measures to improve outcomes.
Other key initiatives include the expedited completion of press clubs in Turbat and Jaffarabad, with funds for these projects released without delay. CM Bugti also announced an urban transport plan for Quetta, introducing eco-friendly green and pink buses to improve public transportation.
