
Pehrood – In a successful operation against the “Fitna-e-Hind” terrorist group, security forces in Balochistan have killed four terrorists. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was carried out in the Pehrood area of Balochistan on the night between July 19 and July 20 after intelligence reports indicated terrorist movement in the region.
The ISPR confirmed that during the operation, four terrorists were killed, and their possession included the flag of Fitna-e-Hind and various weapons. A clearance operation is currently ongoing in the area.
[A] sanitisation operation is being conducted to eliminate any other terrorist found in the area, as the security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of Indian sponsored terrorism from the country, and reaffirm the nation’s unwavering resolve to bring the perpetrators of terrorism to justice,” the statement concluded.
Fitna-e-Hind, a terrorist group, has recently targeted innocent and unarmed Pakistani citizens in a series of attacks. The military authorities have vowed to make an example of the terrorists and their facilitators.
Earlier, on Saturday, terrorists targeted the vehicle of Major Muhammad Anwar Kakar, a martyr, in the Jabal Noor area of Quetta. The militants had planted a magnetic bomb on the vehicle, which caused the explosion and destroyed Major Kakr’s vehicle.
Major Muhammad Anwar Kakr had served for 10 years in the Pakistan Army and had conducted several successful operations against the Fitna-e-Hind. He left behind his parents, wife, and three sons.
