Most Wanted Fitna al-Hindustan Commander Jameel Alias Taitak Killed in Iran

A most wanted commander of Fitna al-Hindustan, Jameel alias Taitak, has been killed in the Iranian city of Barzi Girishang, official sources confirmed on Sunday.

According to the sources, the slain Fitna al-Hindustan commander was involved in several deadly attacks and acts of sabotage across Balochistan. He had long been on the radar of law enforcement agencies.

Jameel alias Taitak was a resident of Panjgur district and played a central role in coordinating Fitna al-Hindustan’s terrorist operations in Panjgur, Buleda, and adjoining regions. He was considered a key liaison within the group’s organisational network.

His elimination marks a major setback for the Fitna al-Hindustan network, which has been linked to cross-border support and destabilisation efforts in southern Balochistan. Authorities believe his death will disrupt the group’s operational chain and weaken its influence in border districts.

The development came shortly after an intense clash in the Korki area of Balochistan, where local people confronted a group of India-backed militants attempting to infiltrate their community. Eyewitnesses reported that the militants ignored repeated warnings from tribal elders, prompting residents to take up arms in self-defence.

During the exchange of fire, four militants were killed and two others sustained injuries. One member of the locals embraced martyrdom, while two others were wounded and shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, security forces have intensified intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in Zehri town, Khuzdar district, targeting the remnants of the Fitna al-Hindustan network.

In the latest IBO, 14 terrorists linked to the Indian proxy outfit were gunned down, while 20 others were injured. The operation was conducted after reports of militant presence in the area.

Residents of Khuzdar’s Zehri area lauded the efforts of security forces, acknowledging their role in restoring peace and stability. Officials reaffirmed their commitment to eliminating the remaining terrorists of Fitna al-Hindustan and maintaining lasting peace in Balochistan.
