The FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Taftan conducted a major operation in Quetta, leading to the arrest of four individuals involved in human trafficking and illegal border crossing activities.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Umaid, Gul Ahmed, Abdul Rahim, and Burhan Khan. According to FIA officials, Umaid, a resident of Afghanistan, was caught while attempting to cross the Taftan border into Iran illegally. Following his identification, human traffickers Gul Ahmed and Abdul Rahim were apprehended.
Further investigations revealed that Burhan Khan’s passport contained a fake immigration stamp. Officials also disclosed that Burhan Khan had previously been deported from Turkey, raising further suspicions about his activities.
The suspects are currently in custody, and an in-depth investigation into the case has begun. FIA officials are committed to dismantling human trafficking networks and preventing illegal border crossings in the region.
