Frontier Corps Balochistan (North) held the 68th Ladies Batch passing-out parade, celebrating 89 local lady soldiers. Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem Khan congratulated the graduates, inspiring women across Balochistan to join law enforcement.

The 68th passing-out parade of the Ladies Batch of Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan (North) was held recently, celebrating the successful completion of training by 89 lady soldiers, all hailing from various districts of Balochistan.

The event highlighted the increasing representation and confidence of women in FC Balochistan (North), reflecting a positive step towards empowering local women in law enforcement roles.

The parade was graced by Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem Khan, Corps Commander 12 Corps, as the chief guest. In his address, he congratulated the newly commissioned lady soldiers and their families, stating:

“All lady soldiers should take pride in joining an esteemed institution like FC Balochistan (North), known for its distinguished traditions, sacrifices, and bravery.”

The ceremony witnessed active participation from tribal elders, local dignitaries, respected guests, and representatives of civil society, further strengthening the bond of trust and cooperation between the FC and the local community. Special awards were also presented to lady soldiers who demonstrated outstanding performance during their training.

Several passing-out ladies shared their thoughts and aspirations following the ceremony. Malaika Arif, who belongs to Sibi, described the moment as a life-changing event. She encouraged women across Balochistan to join FC and other law enforcement agencies to transform their lives while making their families and the country proud.

Fatima, hailing from Quetta, said she is the first woman from her family to join FC. She cited the sacrifices of the armed forces as her primary motivation and expressed her determination to serve both her people and her country.

Another lady soldier, Fehmida Achakzai from Chaman, urged the women of Balochistan to actively contribute to society, emphasizing the importance of equal participation in national development.

The successful passing-out parade of these 89 lady soldiers marks an inspiring milestone for Balochistan and Pakistan, showcasing the courage, dedication, and potential of women in the province’s security forces.
