Balochistan officials removed from exam duty

The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) has taken decisive action by permanently barring 22 officials from participating in any board-related activities after they were found guilty of violating examination rules.

These officials were accused of intentionally assigning themselves to examination centers. Their close relatives were appearing for ongoing matriculation exams at these centers.

A notification from BBISE Chairman Ejaz Azeem Baloch highlighted that the board’s regulations strictly forbid staff members from serving in supervisory roles. This applies to centers where their sons or close relatives are taking exams. Despite this clear policy, the 22 officials reportedly disregarded the rules. This prompted their immediate and permanent disqualification from all board activities.
