Another student injured in the Khuzdar Army Public School (APS) bus suicide attack has died, raising the death toll to 10, officials reported on Sunday.
Sheema Ibrahim, daughter of a Levies official, had been in critical condition since the attack. She was undergoing treatment at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Quetta, where she succumbed to her injuries.
The fatalities now include eight students, seven of whom were girls, and two adults. On the day of the attack, three students — Saniya Soomro (Grade 6), Hafza Kausar (Grade 7), and Ayesha Saleem (Grade 10) — died at the scene.

Over the following days, Haider, Malaika, and Sehr Saleem passed away from their injuries while receiving treatment. The identity of one additional student remains unconfirmed.
On May 21, an explosion targeted a school bus near Zero Point on the National Highway in Khuzdar. In the meantime, a case concerning the terrorist attack on the school bus has been filed at the CTD police station in Khuzdar. The FIR lodged by the police includes charges of murder, attempted murder, and terrorism.
