The Baloch people in Pakistan marked their cultural day today in the country’s largest province, Balochistan, with participants wearing brightly colored ethnic outfits and participating in different events to promote Baloch culture. The festivities included upbeat dances, bright costumes, and other cultural shows, including dozens of rallies and ceremonies across the province.
This yearly activity attracts a large number of Baloch individuals. Young females actively participate in various programs. They use these programs to express love and gratitude for their traditions and culture. In the city streets, marchers wear turbans and traditional Balochi garments. As they move along, they sing songs in Balochi and dance to traditional tunes. Consequently, this, in turn, openly reflects the vibrancy of the Baloch lifestyle.
On this special day, Cheif Minister Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti said that the Baloch Culture Day honors our bravery, hospitality, and rich traditions. This day sends a message of peace to the globe and symbolizes our culture of oneness. In order to keep our young people connected to their cultural legacy, the government is not only dedicated to protecting but also actively promoting Baloch heritage.
Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi is the Advisor to the Chief Minister of Balochistan on the Department of Women Development. On Baloch Culture Day, she emphasized the importance of preserving and promoting Baloch culture. Furthermore, she highlighted the need to keep traditions alive for future generations.

Different organisations also held cultural shows at other places, including Ayub Stadium and Millennium Mall and hundreds of Baloch youth attended these programmes.
