Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem Ahmad Khan, Commander 12 Corps, addressed students and faculty at the University of Balochistan, urging the youth to actively contribute to provincial development, peace, and national progress.

Speaking at the special session, the Corps Commander emphasized that education is the cornerstone of national development and encouraged students to achieve their goals with discipline, hard work, and a positive mindset. He stressed that the youth of Balochistan have immense potential and must channel it to serve the province and the country.

Responding to student questions, Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem highlighted the importance of youth engagement in constructive initiatives and reaffirmed the Pakistan Army’s commitment to supporting Balochistan’s development.
