Cadet College Chaman، Balochistan is set to become operational as part of Balochistan’s expanding network of military cadet colleges, aimed at strengthening quality education and youth development across the province.
Deputy Commissioner Chaman Habib Ahmad Bangalzai visited Cadet College Chaman to congratulate Brigadier Imran on his appointment as Principal and to inspect newly renovated academic facilities, including modern classrooms.
During the visit, the deputy commissioner reviewed the upgraded infrastructure and said the improvements would enable students from Chaman and surrounding areas to access modern scientific and technical education comparable to leading institutions nationwide. Officials confirmed that regular classes at Cadet College Chaman will commence in March 2026, providing enhanced learning opportunities for local students.
CM Bugti Stresses Role of Cadet Colleges in Nation-Building
Meanwhile, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has reaffirmed that quality education, character-building and comprehensive training form the foundation of strong and progressive nations, emphasizing the important role military cadet colleges play in achieving this objective.
Speaking at the annual Parents’ Day ceremony at Military College Sui, the chief minister said cadet colleges are instrumental in producing disciplined, capable and responsible youth, particularly in Balochistan.
“These institutions not only impart high-quality education but also instill discipline, leadership skills, patriotism and positive values among cadets,” Bugti said.
He added that cadets receive training in academic excellence alongside military traditions, leadership development and a strong sense of national responsibility.
Provincial Government Prioritizes Youth Education and Training
The chief minister said the provincial government considers education, training and personality development of youth a top priority and is taking practical steps to further strengthen institutions such as Military College Sui and cadet colleges across Balochistan.
Earlier, Commandant Military College Sui Brigadier Muhammad Aamir Ejaz briefed the chief minister on the college’s academic standards, overall performance and future development plans, and thanked the provincial government for its continued support.
