The Balochistan government will establish a daycare center at Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) to support female faculty members and staff, allowing them to balance their professional responsibilities more effectively. Provincial Advisor for the Women Development Department, Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, made this announcement during a meeting with female faculty members at the university. She emphasized that creating women-friendly facilities at institutions like Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) is a key step toward empowering women in higher education.

The meeting centered on addressing women’s concerns and creating women-friendly environments in educational institutions. Dr. Buledi emphasized that supporting women faculty members and students remains a key priority for the Government of Balochistan, noting that providing a conducive academic and professional environment for women will positively impact society’s overall progress.
Dr. Rubaba Buledi also highlighted the critical importance of health awareness, particularly regarding breast cancer prevention. She announced plans to strengthen awareness campaigns, lectures, and seminars to help women stay informed about their health and take preventive measures against this life-threatening disease.
