Three pedestrians, including a woman, were injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in the Hazarganji area of Mastung district on Wednesday.
The explosion occurred when an IED, planted on a motorcycle parked along the roadside, detonated using a timer device. Police sources confirmed the nature of the blast and initiated further investigations.

The injured victims were identified as Hoori Bibi, along with two residents of Mari Camp, Bagh Ali and Abdul Qadir. They sustained varying levels of injuries and were promptly transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the area and begun a search operation to trace those responsible for planting the explosive. No group has claimed responsibility for the blast at this time.
Residents and local authorities have condemned the attack, highlighting the persistent threat posed by such incidents to public safety in the region.
