Any deliberate humiliation or mistreatment of those killed in conflict would therefore represent a grave violation of these basic humanitarian and religious values.
Following the retaliatory engagement, security forces continued clearance and search operations around Ziarat Cross to locate any remaining terrorists and secure the surrounding routes.
Following the exchange of fire, security forces continued clearance and search operations in the surrounding area. The operations are aimed at locating any remaining terrorists and securing the route and nearby localities.
The incident highlights the continuing security challenge along the roads connecting Pishin, Ziarat and Harnai, where security forces and government personnel remain vulnerable to ambushes and terrorists attacks.
