Balochistan most-wanted terrorists list issued by Government of Balochistan
The Government of Balochistan has announced rewards for 39 most-wanted terrorists involved in attacks across the province.

The Government of Balochistan has issued a list of 39 most-wanted terrorists involved in multiple terrorist incidents across the province, announcing cash rewards ranging from PKR 10 million to PKR 250 million for their arrest or for verified information leading to their capture.

According to an official advertisement released by the provincial government, the list includes several prominent terrorists associated with banned Baloch armed organisations, including Hyrbyair Marri, son of Khair Bakhsh Marri, and Brahamdagh Bugti, grandson of Nawab Akbar Bugti.

Hyrbyair Marri is identified by authorities as the leader of the Baloch Liberation Army, a proscribed militant outfit designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organisation by both the United States and the United Kingdom. The government has announced a reward of PKR 10 million each for information leading to the arrest of Hyrbyair Marri and Brahamdagh Bugti.

For other individuals on the list — including Bashir Zeb, commander of BLA Azad — rewards of up to PKR 250 million have been announced.

The provincial government stated that the identity of informants will be kept strictly confidential and that action will be taken only on the basis of credible, accurate, and actionable intelligence. Reward payments will be made in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Government of Balochistan.

To facilitate public cooperation, the government has issued helpline numbers 1719 and 1213.

Notably, the name of Dr Allah Nazar Baloch, a key leader of a Baloch armed group, does not appear on the released list.

The advertisement comes amid a renewed surge in militant violence. On January 31, the banned Balochistan Liberation Army carried out coordinated attacks on government installations, civilian infrastructure, police, and security forces across 12 places in  Balochistan, including Quetta. 36 Civilians were killed in BLA’s attack.

Last month, the Government of Balochistan announced the establishment of a dedicated “red notice cell” to pursue Pakistani nationals abroad accused of sponsoring militant activities.

The move was announced at a press conference in Quetta by senior civilian and counterterrorism officials. Hamza Shafqaat, Additional Chief Secretary Balochistan, said the cell would coordinate legal cases seeking Interpol red notices against suspects based overseas.

“Our red notice cell has been activated, and lists for red notices have already been prepared,” Shafqaat said, adding that authorities had dismantled a militant network accused of using underage children for logistical and financial activities.

Explaining the process, he said the government would first approach lower courts before forwarding names to the interior ministry for submission to Interpol. A red notice is a request to law enforcement agencies worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a suspect pending extradition or legal proceedings.

“There are more than 100 individuals currently outside Pakistan who are conspiring against the country — lobbying, promoting, and sponsoring terrorist activities,” Shafqaat said.
