In a significant development, Balochistan has begun witnessing tangible results of institutional reforms, improved governance, and enhanced public service delivery.
For the first time in the province’s history, practical evidence of good governance has emerged, particularly in addressing long-standing public complaints regarding absenteeism of teachers in schools and doctors in hospitals.
Absenteeism Drops Below 1%
Sharing details on social media app X, the Chief Minister revealed that complaints related to absentee teachers and doctors during open courts have fallen to less than one percent over the past three months.
This sharp decline highlights improved monitoring mechanisms and effective governance strategies implemented by the provincial administration.
412 Open Courts Across 36 Districts
Over the past nine months, the government organized 412 open courts (Khuli Kachehris) across all 36 districts of Balochistan, receiving a total of 3,675 public complaints.
A large portion of these complaints was related to:
- Closure of schools and hospitals

However, the impact of reforms is now clearly visible.

Through:

The Chief Minister also praised Shakeel Qadir Khan for his proactive role in implementing reforms.
