A historic step taken by the government of Balochistan by launching the province’s first automated financial e-filing system. Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti launched the digital financial e-filing system at a ceremony held at the Chief Minister Secretariat on Tuesday.
Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti said, “The e-filing system is designed to serve as the backbone of comprehensive financial reform across the province.” He added that core features of this e-filling system include online budget submissions, with all government departments now required to submit budget requests digitally.
The Chief Minister also mentioned that “Balochistan is now stepping into the digital age, aligning itself with global transparency and accountability standards”.
