A major security clearance operation continues in Nushki, where forces have killed 16 more militants linked to the Fitna Al Hindustan (FAH) network during ongoing counter terrorism action.
Security officials confirmed that remnants of the militant group, estimated at 10–12 militants, have been fully cordoned off. Forces have pinned them down and are maintaining tactical control of the area as the operation progresses.
The clearance mission is being carried out with extreme precision to avoid collateral damage and safeguard civilian lives in nearby localities. Authorities stressed that the approach reflects a deliberate strategy aimed at eliminating hostile elements while minimizing risk to the public.
Yesterday attacks took place across multiple districts, including Quetta, Mastung, Nushki, Dalbandin, Kharan, Panjgur, Tump, Gwadar, and Pasni. At least 31 civilians and 17 members of the security forces were martyred.
Authorities confirmed that the bodies of 145 militants are now in state custody, indicating the scale of the security response.
The operation is part of a sustained, intelligence-driven campaign targeting foreign-sponsored proxy networks seeking to destabilize Pakistan. Several suspects have also been apprehended during the operation for further investigation.
