Sarfraz Bugti, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, has stated that the entire country now refers to the angry Baloch as terrorists, not just as disgruntled Baloch anymore.
Sarfraz Bugti mentioned that Dr. Malik Baloch, during his tenure as Chief Minister, initiated talks without consulting him as the Interior Minister or the Assembly.

He further remarked, “It will be written in history that the Baloch killed unarmed people.”
The Chief Minister of Balochistan continued, “It is good if issues are solved through dialogue, but those who have taken up arms do not want to talk.” He questioned, “What do we negotiate with terrorists about?” He emphasized that the entire country now labels these “angry Baloch” as terrorists.
Sarfraz Bugti also raised the issue of why there is silence regarding the passengers of the train incident. He asked why the victims were not being spoken about. He said, “If Akhtar Mengal or Abdul Malik Baloch has a solution to the problem, they should tell us, we are ready.
Sarfraz Bugti further emphasized the need to understand why violence in Balochistan has increased. He attributed it to allowing banned organizations to return, which, in his view, has contributed to the rise in terrorism. He also pointed out that authorities arrested and then released individuals from banned organizations.
The Chief Minister of Balochistan emphasized that the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has always maintained a stance of reconciliation. He also mentioned Afghanistan, saying, “They are using its soil against us.” Despite Afghanistan’s promises to the world, they are still allowing their territory to be used for such purposes.
