Terrorist Attacks by BLA
• On April 12, 2024, the BLA (Baloch Liberation Army) martyred 12 laborers in Nushki.
• On April 28, 2024, 2 laborers were martyred in Tump, Kech.
• On April 26, 6 people were shot dead in District Bolan.
• On February 14, 10 people were martyred in an IED explosion in Harnai.
Terrorist Attack on Coal Mine
• On October 13, the terrorists of “Fitna al-Hindustan” launched a deadly assault using guns, rockets, and grenades on a coal mine in Duki, killing 21 coal miners.
Massacre in Musakhel
• In August 2024, in Raara Sham, a region in District Musakhel, Balochistan, 23 people were offloaded from trucks and buses, identified, and executed by gunfire.
Targeted Killings in 2025
• On February 10, 2025, two tailors were martyred in Kech by agents of Fitna al-Hindustan.
• On February 19, laborers were offloaded from a bus and martyred in Barkhan.
• On March 11, in the Jaffar Express train attack, innocent civilians and soldiers on leave were martyred.
• On May 9, three innocent barbers were martyred in Lasbela.
• On May 21, a school bus carrying children in Khuzdar was targeted — 10 people, including 8 children, were martyred and 53 injured.
• On May 31, Fitna al-Hindustan, backed by India, attacked Surab, martyring Additional Deputy Commissioner Hidayatullah and looting a bank.
Indian Involvement and Foreign Network Exposure
• Imam Gulzar Shanambe, Sarfaraz Bangulzai, Commander Najeebullah, and Commander Rasheed revealed that India provides full support to terrorists in Balochistan.
• The Washington Post exposed the terrorist network being run under the patronage of the Indian government.
• According to the Washington Post, India is involved in targeted killings in Pakistan.
• RAW, India’s intelligence agency, employed contract killers and Afghan weapons to carry out at least 6 targeted killings in Pakistan.
• The Guardian also reported that India has been behind the killings of 20 people on Pakistani soil since 2020.
Terrorist Attacks by “Fitna al-Khawarij” (TTP and allies)
• On June 28, 2025, in Mir Ali, North Waziristan, Khawarij terrorists carried out a suicide attack on a security convoy, martyring 13 soldiers. 14 terrorists were killed in retaliation.
• On June 25, Major Moez was martyred fighting Khawarij in Sararogha, South Waziristan.
• On June 22, 6 Khawarij were killed and 2 injured in different operations across Balochistan and KP.
• In Jangal Peer Alizai, Quetta, CTD conducted a major operation killing 5 terrorists.
• On June 12, in Hussain Mela, District Kurram, Khawarij attacked a security checkpoint, 2 soldiers were martyred, and 7 injured.
• On June 3, Khawarij terrorists attacked police stations in Bajaur and Bannu, but police bravely repelled the attackers.
• On May 19, a drone strike in Mir Ali revealed the involvement of Indian-sponsored Khawarij.
• On March 4, 2025, Khawarij attacked Bannu Cantt, 6 terrorists were killed by security forces, but 12 civilians were martyred, and 32 injured.
• On November 24, 2024, security forces in KP killed 3 Khawarij and injured 3 more in two separate operations.
Overall Threat Assessment
• In 2024 alone, Khawarij (TTP and affiliates) carried out over 600 attacks in Pakistan.
• According to the United Nations, the Afghan Taliban are providing $43,000 per month to the TTP.
• TTP commander Noor Wali Mehsud and Hafiz Gul Bahadur are reportedly residing in affluent areas of Kabul.
• BLA is heavily relying on social media propaganda, amplified by Bot accounts operated from across the neighbor.
• Fake accounts using Baloch name have increased on social media.
• Spreading fake news of successful attacks to appeal to rank and file about the tactical capabilities .
