PAFLA, Innovista, and NAVTTC launch initiative to train 20,000 youth across the province
AI and cybersecurity courses in Balochistan have been launched by the Pakistan Freelancers Association (PAFLA) in collaboration with Innovista and the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). The initiative aims to equip 20,000 youth across the province with advanced digital skills and practical training in emerging technologies.
The training will be offered both online and through local centers in Sibi, Turbat, Khuzdar, Panjgur, and Gwadar, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and cybersecurity defense. Participants will also benefit from mentorship, certification, and career guidance to help them integrate into the global digital economy.
Government emphasizes digital skill development
During her visit to Innovista in Quetta, State Minister for Education Wajeeha Qamar said the government is prioritizing the establishment of technical and training institutions in Balochistan to strengthen the province’s human capital.

Building capacity through AI and cybersecurity training
Through this collaboration, PAFLA and Innovista will provide practical learning experiences in AI and cybersecurity courses in Balochistan, preparing the next generation of digital professionals. The program is expected to increase employability, innovation, and economic participation across the province.
