Security forces kill 13 terrorists and arrest 4 in Balochistan operations
ISPR confirms 13 terrorists killed and 4 captured in intelligence-based operations across Balochistan.

Security forces killed 13 terrorists in Balochistan operations, while four others were arrested in Khuzdar, Quetta, and Kech, according to ISPR.

Security forces have killed 13 terrorists and arrested four others during multiple intelligence-based operations (IBOs) across Balochistan over the past two days, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Wednesday.

According to the military’s media wing, four terrorists were apprehended in Khuzdar district on October 1 while attempting to flee disguised in women’s attire. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from their possession. The ISPR said the detained men were involved in several attacks in the area.

On September 30 and October 1, security forces carried out two separate IBOs in Quetta and Kech districts. In Quetta, troops engaged a terrorist hideout, killing 10 militants after an exchange of fire. In Kech, three more terrorists were neutralised during a targeted operation.

Arms, ammunition and explosives were recovered from both locations, while sanitisation of the cleared areas is ongoing, the ISPR added.

Security forces of Pakistan remain committed to eradicating terrorism in all its forms and reaffirm the nation’s resolve to bring perpetrators and their facilitators to justice,” the statement concluded.
